A cookbook on food security published by UNDP and Canada

My colleagues in UNDP (Andrea Egan and Jennifer Baumwoll) and I proposed this bold project to highlight the successes from the 6 countries where UNDP and Canada were jointly running programmes on food security and climate change adaptation. The CCAF cookbook showcases traditional recipes and compares culinary and agricultural practices across the countries while highlighting the importance of enhancing resilience and strengthening food security.
